The first ever video-and photo production for HJC bicycle helmets with the FURION was captured in the mountains North of Barcelona in an epic surrounding for gravel bike lovers. Also we were happy about the rain cause it’ll show part of the reality of the bicycle enthusiast.

During the 2nd day of this production we documented with our Spanish friends from Black’nRad that the FURION also was designed for Triathlon and Roadracing.

For the latest campaign of Deutsche Renten Versicherung (German pension insurance) agency Best Friend asked us to recommend one of our photographers. As soon as we knew about the requirements it became clear that Dorit was the one they’ve been looking for.

The shooting took place in the original head office of DRV in Berlin and real employees were casted to act as models for one day.

Tern’s lates creation, the GSD, is as versatile as a swiss army knife. It combines a folding mechanism, an e-bike and a cargo bike within the size restriction of a typical Dutch bike. Our task now was, to find the perfect surrounding to showcase all the different scenarios and let the GSD perform in all its’ different habitats.

We found exactly what we’ve been looking for, right around the corner at our Dutch neighbors, in Amsterdam. It’s a vibrant, modern city and one of the top cycling capitols in the world. Beside that we have a great network over there we’ve been able to use for this project. These 3 days of production turned out amazing, last but not least because of our models, especially our two youngsters. Good job ladies!

There have been a few options for locations to choose from when we had to decide where the next photo production for KOGA should take place. Again we decided to use Alexander James’ home soil around Bristol and in South Wales for a multiple days production.

Like last time, we could not have asked for more, especially when it came down to stunning landscape images we needed to produce especially for the gravel racer but also nice surroundings for the road- and even the modern touring bikes we had with us.

A new star on the cosmetic market. Organic, vegan, fair traded, design-oriented and not animal tested. Simply “More Heart In Cosmetic”. Designed by our sister agency ADLIPS DESIGN BUREAU and developed by a Dortmund based organic cosmetic manufacturer. ADLIPS Productions was in charge of producing the new imagery and an image clip which would combine all the above-mentioned attributes HEJ ORGANIC stands for.

Therefore we went to sunny California, picked up our Venice based photographer Jai Crocker and gathered a bunch of friends from Los Angeles to escape the city and go on a road trip. With stops in Venice Beach, West-Hollywood, Joshua Tree and the beautiful Big Bear Lake right at the foot of Snow Summit mountain, it was quite a versatile trip.

More than a decade we produce the images for ABUS’s cycling safety division. Together we kinda traveled the world and went to places such as New York, Copenhagen, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, Barcelona etc. This years anniversary brought us to Rotterdam. The Netherlands 2nd biggest and most urban city delivers a wide mix of backgrounds and colors.

Due to the fact it got damaged a lot in the war, you’ll find many interesting new buildings mixed up with classic Dutch architecture like you would also find in Amsterdam. Together with our Dortmund based photographer Stefan Grey, we went to “Manhattan on the Maas” to shoot all outdoor catalog images. Back home in Dortmund, we met again to shoot the latest advertising images in the studio.

Folding bikes are boring and only made for the older semester. Well, that was the people’s opinion in the past. At least since Tern is on the market, this opinion has changed or if it hasn’t changed yours, yet, then you should check them out at your local bike dealer.

Again ADLIPS produced the new pictures for their newest collection in beautiful Catalan capital together with  Barcelona resident photographer Sebas Romero.

Last year we traveled to Barcelona to produce the imagery of Terns 2016 folding bike line. This year we decided to turn the tables and our Barcelona based photographer Sebas Romero came to us. With Dortmund being our home base, we exactly knew the places to go to, showcasing that the Ruhr area has more to offer than coal and steel.

We also needed to produce a complementary image film which covers the same locations as the photoshoot. Therefore we worked with our local filmmaker Timm Gillner, who brought those folding bikes into motion.

Travel with two top mountain bike athletes and a brand new electric supported full suspension mountain bike to one of the best enduro areas in Europe and you won’t be disappointed. Especially if the local guide built some of the flowiest trails ever ridden and knows every rock and every berm by name. That was our situation when we went to South Tirol to shoot the film for GIANTs 2017 Full-E enduro bike.

The region of Vinschgau was exactly what we needed, proved every evening by smiling and satisfied faces from riders, clients and productions side. It was interesting to see how full-blood DH mountain bikers all of a sudden get totally amazed by riding a gravity bike with an electric Yamaha engine combined with GIANT’s world known Maestro® system. Not only because every uphill was like a walk in the park, but also because they couldn’t feel the extra weight when riding downhill.

One of our most frequently visited cities in the US, is NYC and this time we brought CANYON with their new urban and fitness bikes to cycle through Manhattan and the central park. As we wanted it very authentic we cast some real New Yorkers who felt comfortable riding bikes through a buzzing city, also our photographer needed to be familiar with riding bikes through traffic.

That’s why we brought Berlin-based Tour de France photographer Tino Pohlmann for capturing some iconic moments.
